You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from all
claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys' fees and
court costs) arising out of or relating to your use of the BGCS Web Site, and
any service or content provided therein, and any breach or alleged breach of
these Terms of Service directly or indirectly by you.
